What are the Bisca Trail races?

There are 3 races to choose from, with a choice of 4 distances and levels of difficulty, all set between the Landes forest and the ocean.

Each race starts with a long straight stretch along the Biscarrosse beach, then on to the Lac de Cazaux-Sanguinet. 

The courses are then different for each of them. There are : 

• 10km trail
  • With an ascent of 55mD+. 
  • First turn at Camping Campoéole Le Vivier. 
  • This trail crosses Avenue Pyla and La Pinède. 
  • The finish is at Avenue de la Plage. 
     
• 18km trail
  • With an ascent of 200mD+.
  • This trail runs partially along the Lac de Cazaux-Sanguinet.
  • The race continues through the immense pine forest, where the finish is planned.
• 32km trail
  • With an ascent of 350mD+. 
  • This trail runs the length of Lac de Cazaux-Sanguinet.
  • The race continues through Brouhailles, Larrigade and Ipse.
  • Then it's on to a bend below La Broustasse to reach Biscarosse and its immense pine forest.
  • The finish line is in the pine forest. 
     
• 10km walk
  • With an ascent of 55mD+.
